We ship via post office for orders under $500 and UPS for orders over $500. 

Ready-to-ship in stock items—e.g. earrings, necklaces, and rings that do not require resizing—will ship out within 1-3 business days. Rings that require resizing will be shipped within 7-10 days. If the item is out of stock at our store, we will reach out with a timeframe. If you need it before a certain date, let us know! 

For customized items, shipping times will vary depending on the scope of the project. On average, these items are shipped within 4-6 weeks.
