Shipping policy

Ready-to-ship in stock items—e.g. earrings, necklaces, and rings that do not require resizing—will ship out within 1-3 business days. Rings that require resizing will be shipped within 7-10 days. 

For custom projects, shipping times will vary depending on the scope of the project. On average, these items are shipped within 4-6 weeks. 

We ship higher value items over $300 with UPS 2-day Service and provide a tracking number for your order as soon as it’s on its way. All packages are insured and require a signature upon delivery to ensure your purchase is protected and safely delivered. For smaller items such as silver pieces, we ship via USPS priority. This shipping method also includes tracking and insurance, but does not require a signature.
